Campbell, Kentucky to ensure that all site management, credentialing, processes, and protocols are in place and kept up to date for the research study “Building Stronger Allies.” Ensure that an open line of communication exists with Division, Brigade, Battalion, and Company leadership to direct on-site study and ensure successful completion. Maintain communication with grant managers and analysts to ensure monies are being utilized and leveraged appropriately.

Participant Management of Randomized Control Trial (RCT): Recruit sample representative of research participants from active duty military personnel; administer screener materials to determine study eligibility based on project protocol and military constraints; randomize participants to appropriate trials, conduct study assessment and intervention; schedule and conduct follow-up assessments. Assess study participants’ suicide risk and manage appropriately. Work with our Co-Investigator, Capt. Hunter, and other health care providers at Embedded Behavioral Health clinics in similar participant management. Develop, maintain, and distribute participant incentives. Maintain enrollment data and prepare enrollment reports monthly to distribute to project leadership and military consultants.

Assessment Validation: Conduct regular data screening and analyses to ensure collection of viable data; upload data at regular intervals including MSRC Common Data Elements and Demographics, merge site data; download online data to create consolidated databases at regular intervals; perform preliminary data analyses for baseline data, secondary interests, RCT intervention phase, and when RCT is complete. Prepare output and findings with all study investigators. Prepare presentation materials for study investigator(s) to present relevant findings to the Consortium and at appropriate conference or academic events. Work with D&I core to disseminate relevant findings within DoD and VHA

Participate in regular meetings with key personnel and project leadership (study investigators, research coordinators, graduate students) on study progress.

Evaluate beta versions of intervention applications. Provide responses to investigators and leadership regardingQualifications Masters in Psychology from an accredited institution. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position.Preferred Preference will be given to applicants with previous research experience and those who are currently credentialed at Ft.
