The Department of Biology at St. Joseph’s College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Biology, beginning in Spring 2020 at its Brooklyn, New York campus.
Successful candidates will teach lecture and laboratory courses for biology majors, pre-healthcare programs, nursing majors and core courses for non-science majors. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Biology, demonstrate a commitment to undergraduate education and be able to supervise undergraduate student research projects within the major. The Department is seeking candidates specializing in Genetics/Molecular Biology. Candidates with previous teaching and research at the undergraduate level is a plus.
