About Bunker Hill Community College:
Bunker Hill Community College is a multi-campus institution with vibrant, urban campuses in Boston, Massachusetts, in nearby Chelsea, Massachusetts, and at three satellite locations in the Greater Boston area. Founded in 1973, BHCC is the largest of the 15 community colleges in Massachusetts, serving some 18,000 students annually across all modes of instruction. Adjunct Instructors Needed for Fall 2019 in Culinary Arts Department
The mission of the Culinary Arts Program is to be a leader in Hospitality and Culinary Arts education and to develop future leaders for the Hospitality and Food Service industries. The Culinary Arts Program provides education for entry-level careers in Restaurant Management, Food Service Management and Culinary Arts. In addition, preparation for transfer to four-year higher education programs and opportunities for professional development will be provided. Students will develop technology, communication, critical thinking, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
We are currently seeking to fill day and weekend openings.

In your application materials, please include which classes you are interested in teaching.
Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, or Food Service Management or Associate Degree with at least six years of experience working in the field.
Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population
Community college teaching experience preferred
Work experience in a variety of diverse food and beverage outlets; including fine dining, banquet, and catering
Salary per credit hour: $1,040.00
