The Stanford University Department of Biochemistry seeks a Life Science Technician 1 at 50% time. The LST will work with mammalian tissue cultures under Standard University approved protocols and will create laboratory buffers and reagents. The position also requires accurate record keeping of experiments and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
The LST position requires at a minimum completion of high school, with one year's work experience in a basic science lab, and /or 1 year of college level science background.

Computer proficiency and excellent organizational skills are required.
Must be accurate, efficient, and reliable, have excellent record keeping abilities and have good communication skills.
