Anticipated Starting Date: August 16, 2019

Starting Wage: $15.92

The position serves as the first point of contact for the President's Office and provides support, including clerical and administrative services, customer service, complex scheduling, data entry and reporting, and communications.


  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum of two years' administrative assistant office experience
  • Database skills and experience (i.e. Microsoft Access, Banner)
  • Experience with complex scheduling through calendaring software
  • Experience working efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
  • Spreadsheet skills and experience (i.e. Microsoft Excel)
  • Word Processing skills and experience (i.e. Microsoft Word)

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.
