Student Living and Learning at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute incorporates a new model of residence life that embraces Rensselaer students regardless of where they live. The Office of Student Living and Learning seeks forward-thinking student affairs professionals to serve as Assistant Dean for Greek Life

The Assistant Dean for Greek Life lives on campus and supports the Greek Life community; organizes student and alumni leaders to create programs and address matters related to risk and liability management; and works with various constituents to enhance fraternity and sorority experience. 

Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in student personnel, higher education administration, or related area, and two (2) or more years of 2 years experience in a closely related position in Student Affairs. Experience directly working with Greek Life organizations is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to travel to on-campus and off-campus locations within the Capital District as a requirement of on-call duties.
