Administrative Assistant III

Within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, this position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Division Director and other full time faculty members as assigned. Using independent judgment, analytical & organizational skills, provides executive level support of the Division Director's research, education and service activities, including professional activity support, manages/screens a high volume of phone calls. Prepares, types, transcribes, coordinates and follows up on a variety of medical, administrative and academic materials and correspondence. Utilizes Microsoft Office and PC to produce documents; processes faculty/divisional mail independently determining action or appropriate dissemination; coordinates Division Director's clinical and academic calendars.

Salary: Hourly $23.24 - $27.28
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
