Job Description:
Full-time supervisor to work Monday through Friday, 11pm to 7:30am. Fulfill departmental objectives by leading and directing the work of a team of 10-20 (FTEs) housekeeping staff in assigned building(s). Inspect the work of custodial staff to ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with health regulations. Direct, train and coordinate the activities of custodial personnel under their jurisdiction in conjunction with Manger of Custodial Services. Must be pest certified within 9 months of being hired.
Requirements:
Requires High School diploma; valid driver's license; 3-5 years' housekeeping experience preferred. 1-2 years' administrative experience including staff management, and other relevant experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines. Must possess broad technical knowledge in custodial management. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook. Understanding and carrying out oral and written directions; working independently in the absence of supervision; establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships. Participate in on-call emergency rotation and work overtime as needed; and ability to work independently.
