Position Qualifications - Responsibilities:

Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for our part time-Leadership Studies faculty pool in the Department of Leadership and Integrative Studies. Faculty will teach a variety of upper level undergraduate Leadership Studies courses with a broad, multi-disciplinary focus. Open to students of all majors, students enroll in Leadership Studies courses to meet major elective, Leadership Studies certificate program or Bachelor in Integrative Studies leadership track requirements. Courses focus on leadership and; 1) theories/models, 2) global issues, 3) ethics, 4) group dynamics, 5) change and conflict, 6) service, 7) ineffectiveness, 8) women, skill development, 10) historical case studies and 11) contemporary/emerging trends in leadership.

Required Education - Experience - Skills (Minimum Qualifications):

Applicants must have, at minimum, a graduate degree in Leadership (or a closely related field with at least 18 hours of graduate coursework in Leadership), or its foreign equivalent.

The department serves students who are pursuing either an Integrative Studies Degree or the Leadership Studies certificate.
