Job Title: Beaver County Coordinator, Independent Monitoring for Quality (IM4Q) Program

Position Reports to: Principal Investigator, Chatham University IM4Q Program

Position Summary: This person will oversee all day-to-day program operations for Beaver County.This includes scheduling interviews and interview teams and processing all information that results from those interviews (i.e., major concerns, considerations, data entry).This person will also attend meetings requested by Beaver County administrators and prepare reports related to operations required by the state as well as county specific requested reports.

Qualifications: This individual must have at least a bachelor degree, preferably in psychology or a related human services field.Master degree preferred.This individual must also possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.In addition, this person must have ability to use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and graphs for use by county administrators for use in quality management plans.Schedule flexibility is expected because of the need to complete some interviews at various times of the day/week and to be able to attend required state-wide, regional, and county meetings.Finally, computer skills are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Schedules interviews

-Coordinates interviewer schedules to ensure completion of all scheduled interviews

-Prepares interview materials for interviewers

-Maintains participant interview files

-Corresponds with participant guardians as needed

-Participates in completion of interviews

-Promptly contacts Principal Investigator and Beaver County administrative entity staff upon learning of a major concern

-Enters all major concerns and considerations into systems directed by the state for processing of these

-Enters all data from interviews and family, friend, guardian surveys into systems directed by the state

-Prepares county reports for use in quality management plans

-Assists in recruiting and hiring of IM4Q interviewers

-Attends meetings to support Beaver County administrators

-Conducts trainings for supports coordinators in Beaver County

-Aids in training of interviewers

-Other duties as assigned
