This person will be primarily working within the enrollment CRM (Salesforce/Target X) and related applications (Jenzabar (SQL)/Powerfaids) on support and administration. The ESA will be a creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment with non-standard and varied working hours.

Essential Functions:

  • Supervise the Office of Admissions Operations staff.
  • Serve as the functional expert for JRM (Salesforce/TargetX) and Powerfaids systems use and capabilities.
  • Train Admissions and Financial Aid staff on enhancements and new functionalities of each system.
  • Monitors key performance indicators and goals; design and maintain appropriate dashboards and reports incorporating maps, graphs, and tables that provide clear, accessible statistics to the team.
  • Manage the integration of JRM/Jenzabar with Powerfaids, map the data flow, and resolve integration discrepancies.
  • Supports the Admissions team and its goal by partnering with the IT department to ensure the data integration between JRM and Jenzabar operates smoothly.
  • Develop and manage the scheduled/automated services for Jenzabar/Powerfaids integration and Powerfaids communication flow.
  • Collaborates with all campus offices to test data as well as resolve any issues arising from data integration.
  • Extracts data from the CRM system to support campaigns and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Coordinates with the Visitor Services staff in the development of events and maintain forms in Form Builder to ensure appropriate collection of data for recruitment and reporting purposes.
  • Maintains accurate information on high schools and colleges and updates CRM using Informatica and DemandTools softwares.
  • Maintains the online applications for admission, ensuring proper functionality and make changes when necessary.
  • Program the algorithms for automated financial aid processes.
  • Identifies and develops business practices and procedures to maximize efficiencies in both JRM and Powerfaids.
  • Prepares procedural and training documents to support users’ needs.
  • Establishes rapport with other departments to ensure a sense of team in all assignments and daily operations.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or an Admissions CRM and relational databases is also required.
  • Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, be detailed-oriented and able to effectively communicate across all levels of the institution and the ability to effectively supervise and motivate personnel
