Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Department of Rehabilitation seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor Pool and welcomes applicants at any time. This posting is for the Fall 2019, Spring 2020, and Summer 2020 semesters. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs.
The anticipated need is for Adjunct Instructors whose duties may include, but are not limited to teaching the following courses: Health Data Analytics (Frisco Campus); Health Informatics (Frisco Campus) Images of Aging in Film and Literature; The Family in Later Life; The Social Context of Aging: Global Perspectives; Financial Issues in Health Care Administration; Health Delivery Systems; Health Policy

18 hours of Master's level credit in Health Services Administration or closely related field.
A minimum of three years in health services setting. Minimum of one year of teaching in an online setting (Canvas).
Ph.D. in Health Services Administration or closely related field. Extensive experience (3+ years) using Canvas. Additional professional expertise/practice in applied gerontology or gerontological settings.
