Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Department of Rehabilitation and Health Services seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor Pool and welcomes applicants at any time. This posting is for the Fall 2019, Spring 2020, and Summer 2020 semesters. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs.
The anticipated need is for Adjunct Instructors whose duties may include, but are not limited to teaching courses in the following subjects: Disability & Society; Medical Aspects of Disability; Case Management; Drugs & Alcohol; Employment Services; Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Research and Program Evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications:
A Master's degree in an accredited Rehabilitation Counseling program or closely related field. A minimum of three years employment in Rehabilitation counseling, vocational rehabilitation or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Counseling or closely related field. Certified Rehabilitation Counselor credential (CRC). Licensed Professional Counselor (Intern and eligible accepted). Extensive experience using Canvas.
