Maintain working functional knowledge of business needs and practices for the University's Finance and Procurement administrative processes. Work collaboratively with Finance, IT and administrative users to develop business requirements and assist in identify solutions. Support Program Services Office project manager(s) by coordinating project activities related to the evaluation, selection, implementation, specification, development, testing, and rollout of finance related projects. Manage system testing efforts ensuring system delivery according to specifications and requirements. Manage data quality efforts by working with administrative units on establishing processes and procedures to identify and fix erroneous and inconsistent data. Draft and update project documents. Coordinate meetings and be responsible for documenting meeting agendas and minutes.

Qualifications

Required Education:Bachelor's DegreeRequired Experience:5+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Experience:Experience with business processes related to accounts payable and procurement activities.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to structure and conduct interviews to gather requirements. Analytical skills to analyze the requirements and define scope and deliverables. Leadership skills in working with diverse constituency, consensus building, ability to identify risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
