Job Description:


York College is seeking a strong data-oriented professional who would like to work as part of a dynamic and engaging enrollment team as a full-time Enrollment Operations Assistant. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the timely and efficient processing of all applications, documentation and other functions in support of the admissions and recruitment processes at all levels (undergraduate, dual degree, and non-degree). The position requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills working with team members, prospective students and their families, faculty and staff, and other constituents of the College.



Requirements:


This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) and five years working in an office setting. Candidates must possess proven oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer relationship management skills, excellent teamwork skills, and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Banner SIS, SLATE, or other customer relationship management databases preferred.
