Description:
The Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Pain Management.
Teaching responsibilities may include instruction of medical students and residents rotating through the operating rooms and wards of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) and the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC) as well as participation in the didactic series of the department.
Clinical responsibilities may include the provision of pain management and clinical anesthesia at HUP and PPMC.
Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. ABA certification in anesthesia, eligibility or equivalent and Pennsylvania licensure required.
