CLERICAL ASSISTANT II - SCHOOL OF LANGUAGE, LITERATURE AND HUMANITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the administrative supervision of the Dean of the School of Language, Literature and Humanities or designee, perform a variety of clerical duties involving independent judgment in the interpretation and application of existing procedures within well-defined guidelines.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school including course work in office procedures and equipment and one year of general clerical experience involving operation of a computer terminal.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
R. 10, Step 1-6, $3,109.33 - $3,787.64 per month. Initial placement for external applicants is Step 1. An excellent benefits package which includes medical, vision, dental, retirement, vacation, generous sick leave package, and life insurance is available for the employee and eligible dependents.
WORKING DAYS & HOURS:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 a.m.-6:45 p.m. (Approximately). Work schedule may be adjusted to meet the needs of the department.
STARTING DATE: As soon as the successful candidate is identified and following the subsequent governing board approval.
