The University of North Georgia invites applicants for full-time limited-term positions (with benefits) in English on its Dahlonega campus for fall semester 2019.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities include teaching five English composition courses each semester with the possibility of teaching literature courses as needed, holding office hours, and attending department meetings.
Certifications/Licenses & Minimum Requirements:
  • Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 semester hours (27 quarter hours) of graduate course work in English is required. Ph.D. in English, or related terminal degree with a minimum of 18 semester hours (27 quarter hours) of graduate course work in English is preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience teaching college-level composition, credentials in composition and rhetoric, and those who have experience in on-line courses.
