Each year close to 11,000 people enroll in courses at LTC. They rely on LTC for job preparation, to earn a degree, to change careers and to build on existing skills. They enroll because they know that LTC students find employment or career advancement when they graduate.

We are proud to say that 92 percent of LTC graduates find employment within six months and earn an average starting salary of $36,000 per year. What’s more, LTC graduates see a wage increase of 45 percent just five years after graduation. As a testament to the value we play in our local economies—70 percent of LTC graduates work in Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties after graduation.
