Job description

Job Responsibilities

Plan, develop, manage, coordinate, market, and conduct training for the Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division of the College, including management and supervision of all employees and program activities.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Master's degree in a related discipline, plus six (6) years of progressively responsible related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with industries to develop, implement, and complete industry-specific training programs. Work experience in workforce development, higher education Continuing Education programs and grant project management.

Additional Comments

Travel to meetings/conferences/workshops out of town. Evening/weekend hours necessary to address special events.
