Job Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, manage, coordinate market, and conduct training for the Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division of the College, including management and supervision of all employees and program activities.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:

Master's degree in related discipline, plus six (6) years of progressively responsible related work experience. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with industries to develop, implement, and complete industry-specific training programs. Work experience in workforce development, higher education Continuing Education programs and grant project management.

Additional Comments:

Travel to meetings/conferences/workshops out of town. Evening/weekend hours necessary to address.
