Position Details
INCEDO conducts all types of activities, including live conferences, online or computer based training, quality improvement/performance improvement and nontraditional/experimental.
INCEDO is seeking to hire an Instructional Media Specialist with proven educational design proficiency and strong technical skills who can work in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
* Provide video production services for educational and promotional documentation.
* Plan media projects with clients.
* Consult with customers on audio-visual needs and advise accordingly.
* Create multimedia professional development materials.
* Maintain, repair and demonstrate equipment use and place approved orders for equipment.
* Provide media production guidance to faculty and staff through training, production assistance, advice and support.
* Maintain awareness of industry and professional standards for purposes of informing recommendations related to media production.
* Propose actions designed to promote or enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and three years work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:
* Knowledge & application of a variety of media software packages, including Adobe products, Articulate Storyline and Rise, and other eLearning authoring products.
* Experience filming video production.
