Salary: $23.04 - $45.54 hourly

Position Description:
Under the general direction of Center Administrator, facilitate pre-award contract and grant activities, and provide post award and project support in the Center for Cancer Prevention and Control Research.

Coordinate grant submission process for applications to federal, state and local agencies, including review of funding opportunity announcements and sponsor requirements, budget and budget justification preparation, compiling and organizing materials from multiple investigators, collaborators and sources electronically, verifying information, and preparing and formatting materials ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements. Maintain documentation and tracking systems for proposal deadlines, award status and sponsor deliverables for multiple investigators. Review award notifications and terms and conditions. Reconcile ledgers, including identification and resolution of issues. Monitor and process recharges to appropriate projects. Coordinate research participant incentive processing.

Research and compile information to prepare reports and assist with special projects as needed. Provide back-up support functions for Center as needed.
