We invite candidates to apply for our Admin Staff Assistant - SL Enrollment Services position. South Lake Enrollment Services supports the mission of the College by providing quality customer service that addresses the enrollment needs of prospective students, current students, parents/legal guardians. The Administrative Staff Assistant position is an integral member of this essential front line team who performs administrative duties involving accessing and inputting secure student records into the BANNER system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to FERPA guidelines, assisting current and future students and their families through the entire enrollment process through email, in person, and phone contact, and provides both friendly and quality greeting, cashiering, and enrollment information assistance.  Responsible for demonstrating LSSC’s core values of Learning, People, Student Success, and Forward Thinking, in all interactions.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: Required:  Minimum of two years of related experience in a customer service area; minimum of two years’ experience cashiering; demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook. Preferred: Minimum two years’ experience in a high volume call position; previous experience in a school or college setting; previous experience working with a student information system technology platform like Banner by Ellucian; Spanish language skills.
