Provides correspondence related to student conduct cases on behalf of the office, including managing the SRR office email account. Helps Associate Dean and Program Managers maintain student conduct files and records, tracks conduct outcomes, including updating and maintaining associated conduct database system, according to appropriate guidelines. Supports the security and privacy of all electronic, printed, and auditory student conduct information.

Performs general office support duties, including, but not limited to, answering telephone calls and office emails, responding to issues raised by students, parents, faculty, staff, and other interested stake holders; routes communication as appropriate. Completes Dean's Certifications in a timely manner. Supports the creation and distribution of reports, including Annual Report information.

Recruits, trains, selects, and supervises OPS and/or work student assistants, including scheduling and assigning work and project responsibilities. Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications High School diploma or equivalency and two years experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to two years. Additional education and experience as required by position.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Ability to perform accurately in a detail oriented environment.

Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.

Ability utilizing problem solving skills.

Experience maintaining records and retrieving files from active or archive sources.

Basic filing practices to include numeric and alphabetic systems.

Skill in preparing clear and concise reports, policies, procedures, correspondences, and other written materials.

Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and etiquette.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Preferred Bachelor's degree preferred.Pay Plan This is an USPS (University Support Personnel System) position.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
