Director, Noncredit Programs
The Schack Insitute of Real Estate is seeking a Director, Noncredit Program. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of noncredit programming, including the staffing and delivery of noncredit courses and student services, certificates, corporate and executive education programs, and other related academic offerings; recruiting and making recommendations to the associate dean for adjunct faculty hiring; budget oversight; and, supervision of staff. In addition, the director is responsible for the development of long-term strategy for the non-credit program, including the development of new academic offerings in collaboration with the Institute's faculty, and achieving revenue goals and targets.Qualifications
Required Education:Bachelor's Degree in real estate, business or related field.Preferred Education:Master's Degree in a related field such as business or real estateRequired Experience:7+ years managerial experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience in higher education administering and marketing programs, supervising staff and developing and managing budgets.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Demonstrated effectiveness in leading the development and delivery of market responsive educational programs; proven ability to work collaboratively to effect change and meet organizational goals.Additional Information
