Position SummaryProvide academic advisement to graduate professions students. Oversee all recruiting and yield efforts for graduate professions programs. support all facets of department’s Internship Program and career development initiatives for BFA and MA students. Provide program and event support for the graduate professions programs.QualificationsRequired Education:Master's Degree in visual arts, higher education administration, student affairs, counseling, or related field.Preferred Education:N/ARequired Experience:2+ years relevant experience in academic and arts-related environments.Preferred Experience:N/ARequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:A high degree of creativity, initiative, collaboration, and problem solving skills. Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Excel, and/or experience in working with databases. Written and verbal communication skills;Interpersonal/human relations/customer service skills; networking skills; Ability to work collaboratively with faculty;Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain accurate recordsPreferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:N/AAdditional InformationEOE/AA/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
