    Life Chiropractic College West is looking for a multi-channel advertising designer who is passionate about storytelling through captivating design and compelling copy and thrives working on complex projects in a fun but fast-paced environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our internal clients to lead Life West advertising and campaigns to include, brand marketing content, sales enablement assets, social media designs and much much more. You will help ensure campaigns are resonating with our audiences across all channels and are consistent with the brand, to drive awareness, sentiment, engagement, and ultimately conversion. You will keep up with best practices, maintaining knowledge of the latest tactics and technologies in addition to our audiences and the competitive landscape. Advanced knowledge of advertising, design, layout, color theory, messaging, and typography principles and best practices, are essential to this role.

    Concept and design innovative, multi-channel campaigns that focus on awareness, amplification, activation, conversion, and delighting our audiences.

    Handle multiple projects and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment, without sacrificing quality.

    Collaborate closely with other members of the Marketing team.

    Developing, testing, and refining creative concepts based on research, insights,

    and best practices.

      Work on all types of marketing materials that range from display ads, direct response, emails, print collateral, social media art, web assets, magazine layout, signage, exhibit booths, merchandise, facility interior wall design, and more.

      Collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the company.

      Stay on top of industry trends and share them with the team.

      Learn the needs of the business and influence what we do.

      Be the acting campaign account manager in regards to taking the creative brief and seeing the project through to completion including facilitating collaboration, socialization, and approvals.

    Job Requirements:

      BFA or BA in Advertising or work-experience equivalent.

      Strong critical thinking skills.

      At least 2 - 3 years of experience working in graphic or visual design.

      At least 2 - 3 years working on successful marketing materials for ad campaigns

      Compelling portfolio that demonstrates ability to create great work.

      Curiosity and creativity to test new ideas and innovate to improve business results.

      Advanced skill using Adobe Creative Suite

      Must have a sophisticated sense of layout and typography with an attention to detail.

      Basic experience and understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

      Strong organizational skills with the ability to project manage your own deliverables.

      Agency experience a major plus.

      Fast-paced agency-style practices.

      Motivated and passionate about creating a high standard in everything you touch.

      Strong work ethic who is a self-starter and works well independently.

      Experience designing for print, signage, swap.

      Strong portfolio is a must.

      Experience with Wrike or other project management software a plus

      Experience with Hubpsot or other digital marketing platforms a big plus


    • Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment.
    • Requires ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile and prepare work documents, set-up and maintain work files.
    • Must be able to lift 25 lbs., retrieving and placing materials on high shelves and on floor-level shelves; standing, walking, carrying, grasping, hearing, seeing, sitting, kneeling, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and reaching.
