Preferred Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree or higher
•A minimum of 2-years professional work experience in development, customer service, public relations, graphic design, creative media or a similar field.

Position Summary

This position reports to the Assistant Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship and is responsible for coordinating stewardship reporting programs such as: annual endowed faculty impact reports, annual trustee impact reports, and comprehensive donor impact books. This position is also responsible for developing email, video, and web-based stewardship for special donor constituencies. In addition, this position assists with internal proposals and presentations that foster collaboration and cross-trains in data analyzation and financial endowment reporting to support the greater mission of stewardship at UGA.

Stewardship reporting programs
Coordinate annual endowed faculty impact reports
•Coordinate communication with Deans, Directors of Development, and faculty across campus to communicate instructions for program
•Collect and edit stewardship messaging from faculty benefitting from endowed chair and professor funds
•Work with DAR Communications on design, proof coordination, and delivery of 200+ individualized reports per year

Development of new annual trustee impact reports processes
•Work in conjunction with the Assistant Director and DAR Communications on creative design and execution of 50+ reports per year
•Work with Secretary to the Board and Assistant Director to create appropriate personalized data and annual messaging

Development of comprehensive donor impact presentation books
•Work with Assistant Director, fundraisers, and senior administration to gather historical data for design and execution of reports

Assist in the production of 3,000+ annual financial endowment report processes

Coordinate First-Time Donor and Philanthropy at Work e-mail acknowledgements
•Work with Assistant Director in developing and producing a cohesive design and message for acknowledgements; draft copy and refresh annually

Coordinate Bi-Annual Presidents Club Newsletter
•Work with Assistant Director in determining strategy and messaging for Presidents Club impact reporting
•Research and draft stories when needed

Coordinate Thanksgiving stewardship video and mailing
•Work with the Senior Director, Assistant Directors, and DAR Communications to coordinate messaging and delivery for annual mailing and video

Cross-train as a data analyst for Donor Relations and Stewardship processes

•Collect benchmark data and update the annual accountability matrix/strategic plan

•Assist the Donor Relations web captain by writing blog posts and coordinating web updates that promote the success of Donor Relations and Stewardship
