Responsible for serving as University Business Administrators program (UBA) site manager at the School of Theatre, including assuring that mutually agreed upon services are provided, ensuring sound fiscal management and compliance of the client site, and financial reporting. Interprets Florida Statutes, State and University policies & procedures, and University Controller memoranda relating to finances.

Responsible for providing general knowledge of FSU business and human resource processes to the client site. Coordinates and oversees transactional functions for the SOT in the areas of Travel, Purchasing, Human Resource, and FSU Foundation. Serves as the policy expert on Accounts Payable for the School of Theatre. Supervision of Finance and Administrative staff at the School of Theatre.

Responsible for providing leadership and direction of policy development by reviewing, analyzing, developing, interpreting, and implementing policies and procedures essential for the sound and effective management of finances for the SOT. Serves as the policy expert on budgetary matters for the School of Theatre.

Oversees Degen Resource Center staff and operational functions. Supervises 2 Degen Resource Center OPS employees, oversees acquisition, cataloguing, and inventory of print, visual, and digital resources. Reports on Center activities to the Director of Theatre. Oversees management of Sponsored Research awards to SOT and SOT Faculty.

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing reports, and providing guidance on all administrative and financial functions in the client site as it relates to academic activities.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.

Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing.

Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Experience prioritizing, organizing, and performing multiple work assignments simultaneously.

Experience training and supervising employees.

Ability to compile, review, and edit financial information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

Ability to utilize problem solving skills.

Strong computer skills to include experience with Microsoft Office products especially Excel.
