Essential Functions

Program Support

  • Facilitating all registrations for public technical and leadership programs, occasionally hybrid custom programs (typically in the public sector)
  • Invoicing for all participants and tracking their enrollment and payment through to completion
  • Invoicing for Custom programs and follow through till payment
  • Engaging with and supporting the Executive Education team in the execution of program objectives: room and parking reservations, faculty scheduling, drafting program materials, database upkeep (Salesforce), online content delivery, catering, day-of and offsite logistics, and post evaluations

Program Coordination and Logistics

  • Preparation of program materials such as name tents, handouts, signage, assessments, etc.
  • Planning a superb event and program will include securing facilities, catering, parking, etc.
  • Tracking and reconciliation of all expenses and revenues in Salesforce on a timely basis, working closely with the finance manager

Program Evaluation

  • Collaborating with Executive Education faculty and clients to ensure program objectives are met, and expectations are exceeded.
  • This also includes the delivery and analysis of program evaluations, making suggestions for improvement, and assisting in making those course corrections as necessary for better client experiences

Administration and Operations

  • Identifying appropriate facilities and resources for programs and establish relationships with critical vendors and suppliers
  • Providing administrative support for general office activities such as ordering supplies, updating the Executive Education calendar, tracking down receipts, coordinating with other departments
  • Monitoring the Executive Education email inbox and route inquires to the appropriate person
  • Assisting in scheduling and hosting meetings and other visitors to the department
  • Maintaining adequate levels of program materials and an organized workroom
  • Process design and improvement suggestions
  • Determining and instituting/adopting time-saving measures

  • Completion of tasks assigned in timely manner
  • Accurate tracking of participant contact information for mailing lists and reporting

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of office support and/or professional event management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in higher education
  • 3-4 years of office support and/or professional event management experience
  • Experience with Banner Financial and University of Denver purchasing and legal processes
  • Experience using Salesforce.com

Hourly Range:
The hourly range for the position is $20.84-$22.00

Salary will be determined by the qualifications of the selected candidate balanced with departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
