Job Description:

The Department of Business at Wittenberg University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position for the 2020-21 academic year. In response to a universal need for data driven organizational decisions, our department is seeking candidates with a doctorate in a Business area who are prepared to expand our business research methods as well as teach a variety of other business courses based on the candidate's interests and fields.

Our students explore their passions and interests in business within a liberal arts context. As a result, our graduates go on to build careers in fields they are passionate about, like marketing for a playhouse or running the business side of a research lab. We are excited for a new faculty member to join our community and collaborate with our curious students, engaged faculty and passionate alumni.

A dedication to excellent undergraduate teaching and advising is required. We promote undergraduate student research. The teaching load is six courses per year. Successful applicants must be able to contribute to the general education program and the first-year seminar. A commitment to university and community service is expected.

Requirements:

A doctorate in a Business area is required.
