Position Summary

This position will have leadership responsibility for overseeing the administrative, operational and instructional functions associated with the Teacher Residency program based in San Francisco. The Residency Associate Director will (1) coach resident interns (2) build partnerships with current and new school partners (3) manage district relationships (4) coach and mentor school sites to embed the residency on-site, (5) oversee certification-related modules in the online teacher residency curriculum, (6) support with recruitment events, and (7) support with special projects that support the success of the National Residency.

Qualifications

Required Education:Bachelor's DegreePreferred Education:Master's Degree or doctorate in educationRequired Experience:5+ years related experience, including having worked in senior school leadership roles, instructional coaching, project and relationship management and partnership development.Preferred Experience:School Leadership and CoachingRequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to consult with a diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of google suite and comfort with using instructional technology.Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Instructional Leadership, Instructional Technology and Partnership and Relationship Development and Management
