Serves to support the School of Nursing as theAdministrative Assistant to the Associate Dean, Accreditation, Assessment andCurriculum and the Dean of Doctoral Nursing Programs.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPAssociate Dean, Accreditation, Assessment and Curriculum and the Dean of Doctoral Nursing Programs, IWU-National & GlobalDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, document management, data gathering, and storage for SON Accreditation documents.
Assists in planning and management of accreditation visits for SON programs.
Responsible for annual faculty reporting and data management of FTF/Adjunct CVS/Preceptors/Site Visitors for accreditation purposes.
Provide data entry and management of Skyfactor software & program assessment materials for graduating student, alumni and employer surveys.
Serves as the recording secretary for the agenda/minutes of the Faculty Life Council, Assessment Council and Faculty Relations Committee as needed.
Supports the Associate Dean and the Dean of Doctoral Nursing Programs.
Assists the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President Academic Affairs as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
- Baccalaureate Degree required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and IWU computer systems/willing to learn IWU computer systemsPrevious administrative experience, preferably in higher education.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
Work independently and within a team environment
- Exceptional communication skills
