RESPONSIBILITIES: Under general direction of the Chief Information Systems Officer or designee , performs a variety of activities including: research, design, development, implementation and maintenance of computer systems and applications; assist in developing and maintaining standards and procedures to obtain optimum, reliable performance of installed systems; lead systems and software application installations and implementations including existing application module updates and/or new application module installations; coordinate tasks and resources required for those implementation and development efforts; program and support complex systems as necessary including system interfaces.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor's degree in a Technical, or Computer Science or related field AND three years of experience at a progressively responsible programmer/programmer analyst levels.

SALARY & BENEFITS: Range 44, Steps 1-6, $7,209.47-$8,768.84. Initial placement for external applicants is Step 1. An excellent benefits package which includes medical, vision, dental, retirement, vacation, generous sick leave package, and life insurance is available for the employee and eligible dependents.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS:
Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (Approximately). Work schedule may be adjusted to meet the needs of the department.

STARTING DATE: As soon as the successful candidate is identified and following the subsequent governing board approval.
