Supports faculty, staff, and students with multimedia equipment in smart and standard classrooms, conference rooms, and multi-function halls; performs troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of technology for educational aid; maintains equipment and tool inventory as well as collaborates with coworkers on successful resolutions of issues submitted to the department.

Shift Specifics: 20 – 25 hours per week; flexible with class schedule.

Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period.

Minimum Education Required

Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with the Statesboro campus; basic knowledge of video cables; previous construction experience, and/or use of ladders and power tools.
