Position Summary

NYU’s prestigious Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for a Recruitment Administrator in our Office of Career Development. The Recruitment Administrator will develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with targeted organizations to solicit interest in recruiting Stern full-time MBA students. The selected candidate will assist the Director with the organizing, planning, and operations of the Office of Career Development’s recruitment programs and services. S/he will identify and match students to job opportunities to help students sustain a competitive edge in the job search process. S/he will implement recruitment initiatives, marketing activities, and alumni outreach. S/he will plan, implement and lead a series of events including seminars, fairs, and networking sessions for recruitment programs and services.

Qualifications

The selected candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2 years' of relevant experience in recruiting and placement, or an equivalent combination or education and experience. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Demonstrated experience supervising staff and managing budgets is required, along with the ability to interact with a diverse population at all levels. A master’s degree in higher education or a related field and/or experience at a large college or university is preferred.
