Finance & Administrative Analyst

Under the general supervision of the Directors of GME, Finance & Administration, the incumbent will provide full-range of administrative and financial support in the areas of human resources, finance and office management for Medical Education. The incumbent will identify, analyze and help improve current processes to insure the efficient operation of all business functions while remaining in compliance with University policies and procedures. The incumbent will serve as the primary financial liaison to all external affiliates and internal program directors. He/She will work collaboratively with all SOM residency coordinators and external affiliates for the complex management and analysis of all activities related to billing, data collection, collections and Union matters. The incumbent is responsible for effective communication of billing and union issues between Medical Education, SOM departments and affiliates stakeholders. The incumbent must possess strong communication and time management skills in order to established project deadlines and ensure municipal finances are accurate and up to date.

Salary: Hourly $23.58 - $32.06
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
