Student Activities Administrative Specialist #1953
This position performs responsibilities for and in conjunction with the Director of Student Activities including, but not limited to, initiating scheduling and facilities set-up for Student Center functions; managing and overseeing the student and faculty/staff ID card production for all campuses; assisting with Student Activities programming for all campuses; and directing and scheduling work-study and part-time staff.
This position requires an associate degree or a high school diploma and two (2) years related work experience.Preferred Qualifications
Applicant must have excellent customer service and superior communication skills. The ability to exercise discretion, work independently, manage multiple tasks, pay close attention to detail, and deal effectively with both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating an identification system on a large-scale basis. Supervisory experience is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages and modern office procedures and practices essential.Additional Comments
