Physical Requirements

Regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods performing repetitive motions such as typing.


Monday-Friday 8am-5pm may require some weekends and holidays.

Job Summary

The successful Content Management Programmer II will be able to quickly troubleshoot failures with computer systems. They will possess strong communication skills, strong customer service skills, experience with several content management technologies, supporting content management solutions in an enterprise environment, and have experience participating in team-based application support. Primary duties include basic triage of issues with content management solutions, fulfilling requests for content module modifications, administrative duties of enterprise content management systems and supporting training of end-users on content management systems in use. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the timely and accurate estimation of requests, performing unit and system testing, and assisting in setting development standards.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess Microsoft SharePoint, Drupal Administration experience.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree and ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
