Serves as support staff for Campus Dean. Is responsible for interacting with multiple departments, faculty, and campus staff on behalf of the Campus Academic department. Assists Campus Dean with student consultations, class scheduling and campus events. Supports ground faculty onboarding and academic policy compliance.

  • Assists Campus Dean with daily academic department requirements.
  • Assists Campus Dean with scheduling and conducting consultations with students.
  • Works with campus staff and other departments to support investigation and resolution of student issues.
  • Coordinates tutoring schedule and submission of tutoring timesheets as required per the payroll schedule.
  • Assists with continuing student registration including multi-quarter registration when applicable.
  • Monitors enrollment and other reports to ensure campus enrollment activity meets course sequencing, catalog and academic policy requirements.
  • Assists Campus Dean with creation and tracking of cases in 360.
  • Assists with preparation of all campus-based events including NSO, student appreciation, faculty appreciation, and student honors recognition events.
  • Supports campus class scheduling and ensures that one year of class schedule information is complete and entered in 360.
  • Tracks ground class enrollment activity.
  • Monitors ground faculty attendance to ensure it is recorded accurately and on time in accordance with academic policy.
  • Assists Campus Dean, faculty and Deans of Faculty to reschedule classes as required ensuring they are rescheduled in accordance with academic policy
  • Provide outstanding customer service to students and staff as demonstrated through responsiveness, helpfulness, friendliness, professionalism, and in depth product knowledge.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Work Experience:

  • One year of administrative experience is required

Job Skills:

  • Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Possess detailed knowledge of all Strayer University programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Must have strong computer and report analysis skills   (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Must be able to travel 10% of time.
