Position Qualifications - Responsibilities:

The School of Music at Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a full-time 9-month, limited term, benefits eligible, Instructor or Assistant Professor of Music (Choral). Responsibilities will require teaching Chorale, choral conducting, advanced choral conducting and literature and area courses as expertise allows. In addition to working collaboratively within
a large and comprehensive choral program guided by the Director of Choral Activities, duties will also include assisting in recruitment and outreach activities. The School of Music is interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through teaching, performing and mentoring.

Required Education - Experience - Skills (Minimum Qualifications):

Candidates will have an earned doctorate in music (or earned foreign equivalent); ABD accepted, Doctorate of Musical Arts preferred.
Candidates must have an established record of professional accomplishments.
