Under supervision the incumbent performs operational level training and technical support of moderately complex functions for the MyChart application system. Provides support including problem solving of general to complex level technical application issues related to physician access, staff, and management training, data analysis, and curriculum development. Troubleshoots (remotely, over the phone) complex patient technical issues related to the access or navigation of the MyChart patient web portal. Performs other related duties as required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in related area; and/or equivalent experience/training.
A minimum of two (2+) or more years of relevant experience.
Experience conducting escalated, broad technical support including hardware and software tests, analyzing test results and producing reports of conclusions and recommendations.
Demonstrated experience and proven expertise in computers, mobile devices & web-browsers.
Professional experience, and proven success, providing information systems support and management in a large scale organization.
- Experience in a healthcare environment.
- Call Center experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Experience using EPIC/Cadence & EMR.
- Experience/proficiency with UCSD MyChart and/or comparable patient web portals.
- Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
