The University of South Carolina School of Law invites applicants for tenure-track positions to begin fall semester 2020. The School of Law is interested in candidates who are qualified to teach in the area of commercial law. The School of Law encourages candidates who can contribute to the diversity of our law school community to apply.

Required Education and Experience

Candidates should have a Juris doctorate or equivalent degree. Additionally, a successful applicant should have a record of excellence in academia or in practice, the potential to be an outstanding teacher, and demonstrable scholarly promise.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior teaching fellowship or equivalent experience preferred.
