Director, Finance And Human Resources

Under the general direction of the Executive Director of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions(UGA), the Director, Finance and Human Resources has broad range responsibilities as the Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer overseeing campus operations as well as out-of-state (East Coast) and overseas (China) locations. This position serves a critical leadership role as a member of the Undergraduate Admissions management team. The director requires comprehensive knowledge of all policies and procedures as they relate to budget, finance, payroll, personnel and physical resource management. This position is responsible for independent decision making on day-to-day operations. This position has the responsibility for the development and recommendation of policies and procedures, and is involved in organizational assessment and strategic planning. The director coordinates the budget planning and allocation process, implementation and maintenance of effective accounting systems, academic, staff, and student employee personnel and payroll actions, and management controls for all financial, human and physical resources. The director represents UGA to all other campus units on financial and personnel matters of interest or concern. As a key member of the management team, the incumbent is accountable to the executive director for providing resource and policy analysis to support the UGA management and long-range strategic planning. Responsible for developing short and long-range plans for space and physical resource needs.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
