FSU's Equal Opportunity Statement can be viewed at: SUPERVISION - Provides daily leadership, supervision, staff development and evaluation for full-time Residence Coordinator(s), Program Coordinator(s), Graduate Assistant(s), and student-staff working with the Residential Student Experience (RSE) program.

STUDENT CONDUCT - Responsible for the oversight and management of the residential student conduct process; review and modify University Housing community expectations in accordance with the University Student of Conduct; work with Program Coordinator for Student Conduct and Care to develop and implement training for conduct hearing officers and the Residential Conduct Board; track and report conduct-related data in compliance with Clery Act guidelines.

STUDENT CARE - Responsible for the oversight and management of documented student concerns, including, but not limited to: mental health, physical wellness, and behavioral concerns; oversee reporting process for sexual misconduct cases in compliance with Title IX and University Sexual Battery policy, work with the Program Coordinator for Student Conduct and Care to train staff on appropriate student follow-up procedures; track the completion of University Risk Assessments; assist in the identification and support of students of concern.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT/RESPONSE - Serve in on-call duty rotation. Provide crisis response to students, staff, and other constituents as needed. Troubleshoot and respond to issues related to student behavior and facilities maintenance.

DEPARTMENTAL REPRESENTATION & OTHER DUTIES - Work in conjunction with the Associate Director for Residence Life to liaison with the FSU Police Department, the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, the Victim's Advocate Office, Case Management, the University Counseling Center, and the Title XI Office. Represent University Housing on departmental and division/University-wide committees. Complete other duties as assigned in support of University Housing.Qualifications Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, counseling or related field with at least 3 years of post-master's experience in college/university housing/residence life.
