Job Summary
This position will help support the day-to-day needs of a large scalerandomized clinical trial for an anxiety reduction and suicide prevention intervention in the NationalGuard. The project manager ensures accuracy and timely completion of logistic needs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Scheduling and rescheduling baseline and follow-up appointments for National Guard personnel.
  2. Managing participant payments.
  3. Organizing forms required by study clinicians for appointments.
  4. Purchasing office supplies and managing reimbursement for project expenses.
  5. Attending in person study recruitment events.
  6. Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and one year of work in aresearch laboratory (clinical psychology or related field)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficiency with a PCand keyboard to perform data entry
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating andmaintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communicationskills.
Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality and judgment in dealing withsensitive issues.
Ability to perform basic tasks on SPSS
Ability to travel to off-site recruitment events across Mississippi

Preferred Qualifications Prior work in an anxiety, PTSD, or suicideresearch laboratory
Prior work on a clinicaltrial
Desire to apply to aclinical psychology doctoral program
