Job Details

DescriptionThe Assistant Director of Graduate Enrollment Management manages the direct recruitment and enrollment of candidates for the Fox School's MS or MBA programs. The incumbent is accountable for the promotion of select programs in this portfolio both nationally and internationally and collaborates with the Director and Senior Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment Management to ensure that the target enrollments for these respective cohorts are achieved. The Assistant Director will monitor the recruitment process and the delivery of information sessions, presentations, and customized promotional events; tightly coordinate functions to ensure consistency and efficiency; conduct information session presentations as well as represent the programs at various recruiting events; assess prospective candidate leads, building and maintaining relationships with candidates that span across the enrollment timeline, from inquiry to registration; and execute strategies to yield top caliber students.  Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of professional experience, with at least one (1) in enrollment management, recruitment, sales, or directly related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Required Skills & Abilities:•Demonstrated ability to effectively work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, both in the US and internationally on a daily basis.•Ability to speak in front of large and small groups, as in delivering information sessions, lectures, or speaking at industry-specific conferences •Strong proficiency in computer systems and various software applications used in recruiting and admissions (including Microsoft Office programs, constituent relationship management and student information systems.•Demonstrated success with the achievement of enrollment/sales/recruitment goals and objectives. Track progress towards enrollment goals and undertake activities that support the achievement of those goals.•Ability to travel to locations that may not be accessible via public transportation as well as international and national travel, as necessary.•A valid passport or the ability to obtain one.•Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as necessary.  Preferred:•Master’s degree.•International exposure and the ability to speak a second language.•Banner and/or Salesforce experience.
