Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week).

Job Summary

The Office of Student Organizations and Activities is searching for a detail-oriented individual to provide support for the University of Kentucky student organizations community of 500+ student organizations. The Coordinator for Student Organizations will be responsible for the registration management of the organization community for returning and new organizations and creation, implementation of comprehensive training materials and online resources to support student organization management and leadership, and programming semesterly involvement fairs. Responsibilities include database management of the office’s online registration system, program development, training development and facilitation, and assessment.

The minimum requirements for this position are a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work experience, preferably experience with training and development, database management, or program development. Ability to take initiative, possess strong time-management skills, thinking innovatively, implement programs, and think strategically and assess programs and processes.
