Duties Performed in the Usual Course of the Job

Duties will include the teaching of undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the areas of Nutrition, Food Science, and Dietetics. Expectations include mentoring of undergraduate and graduate students and service to the department and the college.

Educational Requirements for the Position

Applicants must have an MS or PHD in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics or related content area.

Experience Required for the Position

A minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the college level.

Other Requirements for the Position

The following are preferred: A RD or RDN; 2 years of clinical dietetics practice; PHD
